Movies

On Friday I saw Rush Hour III, and today (Saturday) I went and saw Becoming Jane. Naturally, RH3 was exactly like the first two, only this is the 3rd time the same jokes were used, and it got pretty old. One interesting thing, though, is that it was all shot on location. As in, the fights were actually filmed high up on the eiffel tower! Pretty neat/scary.

The second movie, Becoming Jane, was quite terrific, and Anne Hathaway’s accent was not bad. I didn’t really pay much attention, but the fact that I didn’t notice it is a good thing. The acting was all very well done, and the cinematography was fantastic. Actually, I now have a bit of a crush on James McAvoy. He was very likable, and cute IMO. Oh, interesting fact: After looking at his bio on imdb, he was once a roommate of Jesse Spencer (Dr. Chase on House).  Anyway, I must say that Jane Austin’s life was just as intriguing as her novels! Well, of course, some of it was fictional. If you’re a fan, you’ll like the movie. I cried at several parts.

One final note, I believe over the next 5 days I should see an improvement in my skin. Basically, I will know if murad is gonna work by then.

Oh man, over the last three days I’ve broken out a TON. It’s definitely the first time I’ve ever been happy about breaking out. According to the murad website, that’s pretty much the first step, so I’m getting excited and frustrated at the same time. It’s really hard to not pop zits when you’ve got 3 mil of them, you know? XD

Okay, so I did some random tae bo and pilates moves that I remembered from a long time ago while I watched a cute little bollywood movie, kehtaa hai dil baar baar, but it wasn’t the greatest workout because I kept getting distracted and ended up focusing on the movie too much, haha. Oh, there’s a little indian grocery not too far from here, so sometimes we get movies from them. We have one that’s a direct copy of that one movie w/The Rock and that guy from American Pie, oh, Rosario Dawson is in that one too. Anyway, it was the same movie, except, of course, for the random songs that came in with absolutely no warning. Most movies at least have some intro music before the silly dancing and singing started, but not that one! It would just come on all of a sudden. XD;

Before I go, I want to plug the freebie section of wallmart.com. The page doesn’t display in FF, so DL the IE tab for it. The IE tab is nice anyway, because then you can delete IE off of your computer, like I did. ;D Anyway, they have rotating samples, and it’s one per household, and they will send you everything you sign up for. I loooveee them! I’ve gotten a diet bar, free hanes panties, make up from maybelline (that I need to buy because it was fantastic!), shampoo/conditioner… So yesterday I got a finishing cream from john frieda, and the stuff is awesome. You put it on your hair when it’s dry and you get instant shine! Seriously, my hair is usually fairly matte (although it’s very soft and smooth), so I’m quite pleased. I used it like 10 minutes ago. And it’s also got spf, so you hair gets protection, too!

I sound like I’m getting paid to do this advertising, don’t I? hah…
